In the app, you enter your exact service type, pickup location, vehicle details, destination when required, and contact information. The app calculates your estimate from preset service pricing, distance in kilometres, included distance, add-ons, and applicable tax — before anything is dispatched.
Once a driver is assigned, the app shows live service tracking with driver status, ETA, service progress, and completion status. It is a clearer and more transparent experience than a normal phone-only towing request — and you can still call dispatch anytime if you prefer speaking with a person.

If Extra Help Is Needed
Some vehicles with deadlocks or damaged locks cannot be opened non-destructively. If that is the case, the technician stops rather than causing damage, and we quote flatbed towing to a dealership or locksmith instead.
