Call Dispatch or Request Through the App
There are two ways to get medium-duty flatbed towing from TrueNorth Roadside Rescue. You can call dispatch directly at (647) 633-8885 and speak with a real person, 24 hours a day. Or you can request service through the TrueNorth web and mobile app for a faster, fully digital request flow.
In the app, you enter your exact service type, pickup location, vehicle details, destination when required, and contact information. The app calculates your estimate from preset service pricing, distance in kilometres, included distance, add-ons, and applicable tax — before anything is dispatched.
Once a driver is assigned, the app shows live service tracking with driver status, ETA, service progress, and completion status. It is a clearer and more transparent experience than a normal phone-only towing request — and you can still call dispatch anytime if you prefer speaking with a person.
Faster Request Flow
Submit the service type, location, vehicle details, and contact information without waiting on the phone.
Live Driver Tracking
Once a driver accepts the job, follow the driver and service status in real time.
Transparent App Estimate
Pricing is calculated from preset service rates, distance, add-ons, and tax before dispatch.
Better Service Updates
See when your request is submitted, accepted, on the way, arrived, completed, or closed.
Call Anytime
You can still call dispatch directly for urgent support, questions, or special situations.
Medium-Duty Flatbed Towing Pricing and Quotes
Medium-duty flatbed towing is quoted in CAD before dispatch, based on vehicle size, load, pickup and destination. Vehicles beyond medium-duty capacity are not accepted.
For a full breakdown of how towing and roadside jobs are quoted, see our towing and roadside assistance pricing page.
Staying Safe While You Wait
- Declare cargo weight — a loaded van tows very differently from an empty one
- Secure or remove loose cargo before the truck arrives
- Confirm overhead clearance at both ends for taller vehicles
- Keep the driver and bystanders clear during loading
If Extra Help Is Needed
Tractor-trailers, buses and heavy commercial trucks are outside our capacity. If the vehicle is heavier than medium-duty limits, dispatch tells you before booking rather than sending a truck that cannot do the job.
