In the app, you enter your exact service type, pickup location, vehicle details, destination when required, and contact information. The app calculates your estimate from preset service pricing, distance in kilometres, included distance, add-ons, and applicable tax — before anything is dispatched.
Once a driver is assigned, the app shows live service tracking with driver status, ETA, service progress, and completion status. It is a clearer and more transparent experience than a normal phone-only towing request — and you can still call dispatch anytime if you prefer speaking with a person.

Winching is quoted in CAD before dispatch based on how the vehicle is stuck and how far it is from stable ground. If the recovery turns out to be more involved than described, the operator re-quotes before continuing.

Staying Safe While You Wait

If Extra Help Is Needed
