In the app, you enter your exact service type, pickup location, vehicle details, destination when required, and contact information. The app calculates your estimate from preset service pricing, distance in kilometres, included distance, add-ons, and applicable tax — before anything is dispatched.
Once a driver is assigned, the app shows live service tracking with driver status, ETA, service progress, and completion status. It is a clearer and more transparent experience than a normal phone-only towing request — and you can still call dispatch anytime if you prefer speaking with a person.

Scheduled transport is quoted in CAD when you book, based on distance, vehicle type and access at both ends. Because it is planned in advance, the quote is fixed before the pickup date.

Staying Safe While You Wait
- Leave at least a quarter tank of fuel if the vehicle runs
- Disable aftermarket alarms and note any immobiliser steps
- Tell us about very low ride height or non-standard tie-down points

If Extra Help Is Needed
